Henry Li filed a judicial review challenging various laws and policies in relation to to the handling of the after-death arrangements of same-sex deceased spouses by their widows/widowers. The government admitted mistakes were made and clarified its position in the court. As a result, Henry decided to withdraw his judicial review application.
