Statement on the Jimmy Sham Case

Hong Kong Marriage Equality is disappointed with the decision handed down today in the Jimmy Sham case.

The court missed its chance to advance the legal status of overseas married same-sex couples.

We offer our full support to Mr Sham should he decided to file an appeal.
